Alpine skiing

The snow lives here, on the gentle slopes of this valley that seems born just for the ski. Thanks to the geographic position, in Livigno the season starts before that in most ski resorts, from the end of November to the beginning of May. That’s way snow lovers prefer Livigno. Modern and fast facilities, over 115 km of perfectly groomed slopes and slopes for all tastes. Available for any level there are 12 black, 37 red and 29 blue ski slopes. Nordic skiing

In the valley there are 30 km of tracks, a free disposition of the tight ski lovers, that they are already beaten from the first snowfalls. Snowboard

Livigno, with its wide slopes, over 100 km of skiable surface with very long differences in level to be done on fresh snow and at the Livigno snowpark, it’s now a paradise and a popular destination for snowboarders. Many are the events that gravitate around this specialty, organized every year in Livigno.

Snowshoes

It’s hiking in the winter version. With snowshoeings, “drezola” in Livigno dialect, they were used by mountaineers to move during the cold season. They permit to advance in woods and valleys, that in winter fall in an apparent sleep and allow to see the life of many animals that, in this habitat, that spend the winter.

Freestyle & Freeride

Winter sport practised using double-ended skis, in which jumps are performed, choreographies on various difficulties in the route. Generally it is practised in snow parks or on slopes specially equipped with jumps, obstacles, etc.
